Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If an item is returned to us without notice that does not meet the requirements for return or exchange it will be returned to the customer without notice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Shoes must be sent back in resalable condition. Please send back shoes along with the box in a separate mailing bag or box. Do not place tape or shipping labels on to the actual shoe box. We will take 10% off of refund amount. Please note on your receipt or packing list if you would like a refund or exchange and also what size is desired. If the size you want is not available then a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Gift cards, Worn or Used Items, Sale items, Items sold more than 30 days prior.
Receipt or Packing List required for return. The merchandise may be returned to the Amarillo Store or the Lubbock store, but no returns will be accept without a receipt (packing list for online returns). Be aware that refunds are not available from the store locations. They will issue store credit only.
Refunds: (if eligible)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment with 3-10 business days after receipt.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then
contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 48-72 hours for a response. Please do not contact the stores or Facebook for questions about online orders. We are separate entities.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless informed otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gussied Up Online is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered by the post office and your package has not been received first wait a day and see if it shows up. Meanwhile check with neighbors and then after 24 hours contact your local Post Office. We recommend using a delivery address which is monitored such as a work or business address. If tracking shows delivered you may then make a claim with USPS.
If tracking does not show delivered we will work with the USPS to locate your package. This may take two weeks or longer. In the event that we are unable to locate the package we will first try to replace your order or, if that isn't possible, we will issue a refund.
Depending on where you live and the postal service we use, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are returning an item over $50 you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
