1. Do you have a size chart?

No we do not because all the vendor sizes run a little different. VERY generally speaking (we have too many vendors to be exact) the sizes run as follows. If they vary a considerable degree and/or we have been able to try them on (not always possible) then we tell how they run in the description of the item.

2. How do I know what size to order?
We tell people to order the size they normally buy and return or exchanges are a reasonably simple process if that is needed. Please check item descriptions for fit tips before ordering. For example we try all shoes on and note if they run big or small in the description.
Sale items are not eligible for either option though just FYI!

3. How do I return and item for exchange or refund?
Just mail it back to us and include your name, order number and receipt or packing list. The address is:

4. How can I get a call tag/return label?
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless we inform you otherwise. We pay only if it is our error or a defective item and we also pay for shipping an exchanged item back to you.

5. What length is the inseam of a particular pant?
We are in the process of noting inseam and rise measurements on all pants as they are added. That information will be in the description.
6. How long does shipping take?
2-4 business days depending on the weight and method chosen for shipping. All items under a pound are shipped out via regular parcel post unless priority mail is chosen at checkout. All packages over a pound are automatically shipped priority mail and the arrival time is 2-3 days depending on distance. We are located in Amarillo,Texas which is a fairly central location in the US. More than 3 days for arrival would be rare.
7. Do you have plus size available in your stores?
Yes we carry plus size in our Amarillo store only.
8. Why don't you have Plus Size Model Pictures for all your Plus Size Clothing?
We do whenever possible. We want to offer as much variety as possible and sometimes need to use stock pictures to post that item online. The vendors have very few plus size models and do not provide plus size pictures for every item due to sheer volume. We have a part time photographer who takes pictures as fast as she can but our plus size model is also a part time college student with limited availability. We do the best we can and in no way mean to offend our plus size customers but we have to use a picture to post online regardless of the size of the model.
9. My Package is missing, what do I do?

Gussied Up Online is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered by the post office and your package has not been received first wait a day and see if it shows up. Meanwhile check with neighbors and then after 24 hours contact your local Post Office. We recommend using a delivery address which is monitored such as a work or business address. If tracking shows delivered you may then make a claim with USPS.

If tracking does not show delivered we will work with the USPS to locate your package. This may take two weeks or longer. In the event that we are unable to locate the package we will first try to replace your order or, if that isn't possible, we will issue a refund.
